What content can EAT translate?
EAT can translate products, collections, pages, articles, themes, templates, metafields, third-party app widgets, custom liquid and hardcoded elements, images with hardcoded text and other Shopify store content.
Can EAT automatically translate new products?
Yes. Auto Translate can automatically translate new and updated store content into your selected languages. This feature is only available on the Pro plan.
Which translation engines are supported?
EAT supports multiple translation options including Google, OpenAI and DeepSeek.
Does EAT work with Shopify Markets?
Yes. Easy Advanced Translations is designed to work with Shopify Markets and multilingual Shopify stores.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. EAT allows you to connect your own supported API key for AI translations on any of our plans, including the Free plan (up to one language).
Can EAT translate third-party app content?
Yes. EAT includes Custom Translations for translating supported third-party app content, widgets and hardcoded content that may not be available through standard Shopify translation resources.
