Easy Advanced Translations – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions apply to affiliates promoting Easy Advanced Translations, a Shopify application operated by Northwest Web Developments ("we", "us", or "our").

By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on eligible net recurring revenue generated from merchants referred to Easy Advanced Translations through their affiliate referral.

Commission applies only to recurring subscription charges successfully paid by the referred merchant.

Commission is not payable on:

• Free plans or free usage.
• One-time charges or purchases.
• Refunded, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.
• Taxes, Shopify fees, payment processing fees, discounts, credits, or other amounts excluded from net revenue.
• Transactions that cannot be attributed to the affiliate.

2. Commission Period

Affiliate commissions are lifetime commissions, provided the referral remains active and continues to be attributed to the affiliate.

If a referred merchant cancels their subscription, uninstalls the app, stops making eligible payments, or otherwise ceases to be an active paying customer, commissions will stop.

Reinstallations or new subscriptions are not guaranteed to retain the original affiliate attribution.

3. Cost Per Install

We currently offer no Cost Per Install (CPI) payment.

Affiliates earn commission only from eligible recurring revenue generated by their referrals.

4. Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum affiliate balance required to request a withdrawal is $50 USD.

Balances below $50 will remain in the affiliate account until the minimum withdrawal threshold is reached.

Payments are subject to the payment methods, processing times, requirements, and procedures available through Shoffi.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments

Commission is earned only on valid revenue retained by us.

If a transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise cancelled, any corresponding affiliate commission may be cancelled or deducted from the affiliate's current or future balance.

6. Referral Tracking

Referrals must be properly tracked through the affiliate link or other tracking method provided by Shoffi.

We are not responsible for referrals that cannot be correctly attributed due to circumstances such as tracking prevention, cookie deletion, incorrect links, technical issues outside our reasonable control, or a merchant using another affiliate's referral.

Shoffi's tracking and attribution records will normally be used to determine eligible referrals and commissions.

7. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to earn commission on their own Easy Advanced Translations subscription or on accounts they directly own or control.

Artificial transactions or referrals created primarily to generate affiliate commission are prohibited.

8. Promotion Rules

Affiliates are welcome to promote Easy Advanced Translations through websites, blogs, social media, videos, tutorials, newsletters, communities, and other legitimate marketing channels.

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Easy Advanced Translations.
• Misrepresent themselves as employees, representatives, or official partners of Easy Advanced Translations or Northwest Web Developments.
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertising, or other unlawful promotional practices.
• Promote the app on websites or channels containing illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Create websites, domains, social media accounts, advertisements, or other materials designed to impersonate Easy Advanced Translations or Northwest Web Developments.
• Offer unauthorised discounts, coupons, bonuses, or incentives while representing them as officially provided by us.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotions comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and affiliate disclosure laws and regulations.

9. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on or purchase paid search advertising using our brand names or confusingly similar terms, including "Easy Advanced Translations" or "Northwest Web Developments", without our prior written permission.

Affiliates must not use our brand name in paid advertising in a way that could cause users to believe the advertisement is operated directly by us.

10. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use marketing materials, logos, screenshots, and other promotional assets that we or Shoffi specifically make available for affiliate promotion.

Our trademarks, branding, software, website content, and other intellectual property remain our property and may not be modified or used in a misleading manner.

11. Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and Northwest Web Developments.

Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, legal obligations, expenses, and business activities.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the affiliate's promotional activities could harm our customers, brand, or reputation.

Commissions associated with fraud, abuse, prohibited self-referrals, misleading promotion, or other violations may be withheld or cancelled.

Affiliates may stop participating in the program at any time.

13. Changes to the Affiliate Program

We may modify the affiliate program, commission structure, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove commissions already validly earned and payable, except where an adjustment is required because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, or breach of these terms.

Where practical, material changes affecting affiliates will be communicated through Shoffi or another appropriate channel.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwest Web Developments will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate program, including losses caused by tracking failures, platform downtime, or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to the affiliate program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
